I began my working career at 15 yrs old as a Cook Intern at O’Hare Airport. That led to years of management in hotels and restaurants as a Host Lead, Sous Chef and Cold Produce Lead. In October 2011 I started at Amtrak as a Food Specialist, later training in all crafts under the OBS umbrella. I am currently a LSA working the Lincoln service train. Working here has re-sparked and even allowed time for things I enjoy: reading, singing, cooking, watching NFL Football, hanging out with my teenage son and being involved with my church.
