My name is Nathan Lamar, train attendant (TA) and President of Local 43 for the last 4 terms. I have worked at Amtrak since 1979, almost 40 years of service! As many can tell, I am passionate about helping people and am proud to be a part of such a great company. I have seen the struggles we have been through over the years and now, in understanding where we have been, I am able to be an integral part of where we are going. In my free time, I am in Florida with my grandchildren, who have simply stolen my heart.
